Manufacturing Lead Time

All our products are made to order. Please allow for the following manufacturing lead times before your order is shipped:

• Transformer Housings:           6-12 Weeks
• Roadside Cabinets:                 1-3 Weeks

You will be contacted by our team when your products are scheduled in manufacturing to arrange a delivery date.

Shipping Methods

Transformer Housings – Panel Form/Flat Pack

Delivered to site in panel form, with the on-site loadbearing access surface capable of bearing the weight of the vehicle and enclosure panels.

Transformer Housings – Ready-built

Delivered ready built to site, including offloading by HIAB, subject to site access and conditions being suitable for this type of offloading and the Hiab being sited adjacent to the base, with the on-site loadbearing access surface capable of bearing the weight of the vehicle and enclosure. Please advise of any access or site restrictions which may preclude this form of delivery.

Roadside Cabinets

Delivery by National Carrier.

Please be advised that Envico Engineering Ltd will not accept the return of damaged goods unless the damage has been recorded and advised accordingly on the signed goods received note. We strongly recommend that goods are thoroughly checked before signing the receipt document.

Envico Engineering Limited cannot be held responsible for any damaged goods against which a signature has not been received.

Shipping Rates

Transformer Housings

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Calculation is based on the distance of the delivery address from the site of manufacture. Shipping rate is applied to whole cart to a maximum of 4 Transformer Housings per order.

Delivery / Installation prices are based on delivery during normal working hours, 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside these periods are available for a surcharge, which can be advised upon request.

All deliveries include a 2-hour waiting time free of charge, subsequent hours are charged at £85.00 per hour. Once a site installation date is agreed, should this be cancelled within 7 working days of the agreed installation date, additional charges may be incurred to cover plant and labour. Please also be aware that site work is planned 3 weeks ahead, so any cancelled installation will be made on the next available date.

Shipping rates are included in product price and is priced per individual item.

We do not provide international shipping when buying through our website. Please contact our team for more information on international shipping.
