Cancellation

On receipt of an order, and confirmation from us, if for any reason the order is subsequently cancelled during that point there will be a cancellation charge of 10% of the order value. If drawings have been approved and released to manufacture the cancellation charge will be dependent on what stage of manufacture the order is at.

Returns

Standard Products

Any products ordered through the website which have default options selected and a standard colour are possible to return, subject to condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee.

The buyer must contact our team within 14 days of delivery.

Non-standard Products

Any products ordered through the website which have anything other than default options selected, and/or a non-standard colour, is deemed to be a bespoke/custom order and is not available to return.

Please contact our team in the event of an issue with a non-standard order.

Damaged items

If the product is damaged upon delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to refuse delivery and contact our team imminently.

All products include a limited warranty for any manufacturing defects that occur after delivery. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Refunds

If it is deemed necessary to refund an order, the refund will usually be made using the original payment method within 30 days of the refund being confirmed and any returned products being checked.
